The names they are a changin'

At the 2016 Winter meeting of the Board of Directors of USA Hockey, one of the changes that was adopted involved naming of the various youth hockey age divisions. USA Hockey will no longer use the labels of Bantam, Pee Wee, Squirt, and Mite to refer to the age divisions. Instead, they will use a name that reflects the age of the oldest participants in the division. A summary of the changes that were adopted is shown below:
